PENDAHULUAN

Hipnoterapi merupakan istilah yang tak asing lagi dalam dunia psikologi. Dalam perkembangan ilmu psikologi pada masa kontemporer ini hipnoterapi menjadi sebuah metode terapi yang populer dipakai oleh para psikoterapis karena caranya yang khas dan mengundang rasa ingin tahu. Hipnoterapi telah dikenal hampir di seluruh dunia dan telah terbukti membantu manusia mengatasi berbagai gangguan psikis dalam waktu yang relatif singkat dengan tidak memberikan efek samping. Penelitian dan pengembangan terus dilakukan dalam memaksimalkan fungsi hipnoterapi sebagai sarana yang ampuh untuk membantu kehidupan manusia ke arah yang lebih baik.
